If you need to cancel an appointment, please contact our practice as soon as possible.

You must have a referral from your GP or another specialist to see our doctors.

This can be delivered to our practice by fax, email, post, sms or in person.

Once our doctors have reviewed the referral, an initial consultation will be arranged.

Waiting times vary and will depend on current workload and urgency.

URGENT appointments are available if requested by your GP

Our Doctors charge a standard fee for most consultations

ITC (Integrated Team Care) Program is accepted.

Public and private patients are welcome

Discounts are available for aged pensioners and veterans

Bulk-billing is available at Doctors discretion

Disability access and amenities are available

Guide dogs and pets-as-therapy dogs are welcome (please notify staff before appointment).

No out-of-pocket costs (these are covered by Medicare)

Due to high demand however, waiting times can be long

Some out-of-pocket costs may occur

These are determined by your operation & health fund
